On May 13, 2011, our mother, Cindy, was diagnosed with stage 4 Non small cell lung cancer (adenocarcinoma). She has never smoked a day in her life. Since being diagnosed, as a self-employed and charitable family law attorney she continued to work hard for others in need. We sincerely thank you for your contribution, prayers, and support for our mother.

Christmas last year all of us together having fun at the Witte and Brackenridge park!

Well, mom is doing well today. I am helping to organize a fundraiser/auction to help defer the costs of the first round of chemo. The tentative date is June 16 and will be selling tickets next week. I will post more info when the venue is confirmed. There are going to be many nice, wonderful items and vacations donated from friends and local businesses!
